Universal energy is a type of energy that allows living creatures to do amazing things, such as fly, fight using the elements, super strength, spells, and jutsus. There are other terms for this including Ki, Chi, Chakra, Magicka and so on. it is the energy that flows through everything livining and non living.
How it works[]
'Universal energy works by combinding the energy with your mind' and in some cases having to use chants, and or hand signs. Your body naturally absorbs more energy replinishing what you have lost.
